How Executive Leadership Coaching and Professional Development Coaching Works with Me
You and I work together in a way that is CONVENIENT for you and AFFORDABLE. We coach by phone, and sessions last 45-60 minutes. The structure is FLEXIBLE because I don’t believe in putting your needs on a clock. In between sessions, I include spot coaching via email/phone as necessary and fair. Stuff happens in between calls, and I’M HERE TO SUPPORT YOU at those times as well.
That’s it. There’s NO FORMALIZED MINIMUM COMMITMENT. I do strongly suggest you mentally commit to a minimum of 6 sessions over a period of about 3 months. My clients find this is the sweet spot to begin realizing SUSTAINABLE RESULTS.
BOTTOM LINE: If you are not receiving value, you can stop at any time and pay for only what you consider to be the value received
